Museum of mining in PříbramMuseum of mining in Příbram was established in 1886. Due to its size and number of expositions it is one of the biggest in Czech Republic. It offers 36 permanent expositions situated in historical buildings of Ševčinský, Anenský and Vojtěšský mine in Příbram, in mine Drkolnov, in mint in Nový Knín, in baroque grange in Prostřední Lhota and in memorial Vojna - a former prison from the communist era.
Land of fairy-tales in PičínThe exhibition of bogies and bugaboos of Vítězslava Klimtová, you may see for example devils, dragon, dwarfs, nymphs or outdoor fairy-tale path. This exhibition is very nice for children, it is just 20min drive from us. More info here.
Saint Hill in PříbramThis well-known and famous pilgrimage place in Czech Republic makes a majestic panorama over Příbram. It is a large baroque complex with many towers and beautiful statues.
Ruins of ValdekValdek is a ruin of gothic castle from 13th century. It was being besieged in 1346, from 17th century it hasn't been used anymore. Currently only a tower and rest of renessaince palace from 16th century may be admired. There is a "stone field" behind the ruins.
